1. Controller

2. Hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare operates a worldwide network of data centers. Pages are served from the data center closest to you. Contact in the EU: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, c/o Design Offices München Atlas, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 81671 Munich, Germany. Cloudflare's data protection officer: dpo@cloudflare.com.

When you visit the pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. We do not receive access logs and do not store this data ourselves. Cloudflare keeps it only as long as necessary for these purposes; details are given in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare as part of Cloudflare's terms of service. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

3. Cookies, fonts and language choice

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. The fonts are served by this website itself, not by a third party.

The language of the site is chosen based on your browser's language setting. If you change the language using the switch, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so the site appears in the same language on your next visit. This entry is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storing it is strictly necessary for the function you requested.

4. Contact form and email delivery via Resend

When you submit the form on the ai-boost page, we process your name, company, email address, team size and message in order to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The form is received by a function on our hosting at Cloudflare and is not stored there. The function forwards your details to us as an email. We use the Resend service to send it. Provider: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Your details are transmitted to Resend and processed there for delivery. The email then arrives in our mailbox at Google Workspace (see section 5).

Transfer of data to the USA: Resend processes data in the USA. Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend as part of Resend's terms of service, and it also includes the EU standard contractual clauses. For Cloudflare, see section 2.

Retention period: Resend keeps the sent email for 30 days and then deletes it automatically. Section 5 applies to the email in our mailbox.

5. Requests by email and mailbox at Google Workspace

When you email us or submit the contact form, we process your details to handle the request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in answering requests.

Our mailboxes are operated by Google Workspace. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes your message on our behalf under Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum, which serves as the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

Retention period: We delete your request once it has been handled, at the latest two years after the last contact. If the request leads to a contract, we keep the correspondence for the statutory periods (up to six years for business letters under § 257 HGB, up to ten years for records relevant to accounting).
