We build. New products, platforms and integrations, from requirements and architecture to accepted software. With decisions that are documented, and code that someone else can carry forward later.
We operate. Hosting, monitoring, releases, security and ongoing development. A product is only finished when it runs reliably and can keep evolving. We stand by that after go-live as well.
We work AI-driven. AI agents are part of every project we run, with access to code, tickets and documentation. This lets us deliver faster, and every decision stays traceable. We built the platform for this ourselves.
We advise and build processes. Not every company needs an entire team from outside. We build development organizations and set up the processes that are missing within existing structures: from requirements and planning through development and review to release and operations, including the use of AI. We stay with the team until the processes run without us, and we fill individual roles where they are missing: project management, architecture or an interim CTO.
We take over existing work. Even a project that is already running and that someone else started. We get up to speed, stabilize and keep developing.
